Civil and Environmental Engineering Department Fellowships
Carl E. Green Fellowship
This fellowship has been established to recognize and financially assist a graduate student enrolled in the Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering, pursuing the specialty area of environmental or geotechnical engineering at Portland State University.
Maseeh Graduate Fellowship
The Maseeh Graduate Fellowship is to be awarded annually to outstanding graduate students in the Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering (CEE). The participation of international students is encouraged. The fellowship award includes a 9-month stipend ($10,000) and full tuition remission for the recipient during the annual term of the fellowship.
Structural Engineers Association of Oregon
The Structural Engineers Association of Oregon awards multiple scholarships each academic year. The qualified candidate is an established local resident seeking a bachelor's degree or advanced degree in civil engineering that is focused on a career in structural engineering.

Women's Transportation Seminar - Oregon Chapter
WTS Portland Chapter scholarship for $2000 graduate and $2000 undergraduate awards are presented in spring. Winners are often eligible for WTS International scholarships of $6000 at the graduate level and $3000 at the undergraduate level. ITS Oregon Chapter
ITS Oregon is the state chapter of the Intelligent Transportation Society of America (ITS America). ITS Oregon is a volunteer organization whose members promote intelligent transportation system deployment through partnership building, education and outreach. Eisenhower Graduate Fellowship Program - This prestigious
fellowship program provides funding for students pursuing Masters or
Doctorate degrees in a transportation-related discipline at accredited
universities nationwide. For further information and to download an

- Burton W. Marsh Fellowship - In recognition of Burton W. Marsh, ITE has established the Burton W. Marsh Fellowship for Graduate study in Traffic and Transportation Engineering. One or more of these fellowships, in the amount of $4,000 each, will be awarded annually.
- Harold F. Hammond Scholarship - In recognition of Harold F. Hammond, ITE has established the Harold F. Hammond Scholarship made possible by a generous contribution from Eugene A. Barton. The $3,000 scholarship will be awarded annually based on need to a student wishing to pursue graduate study in transportation engineering.
- Western District Fellowship - The Western District Fellowship consists of a $1,000 annual award given to the highest-ranked candidate who is a resident of the Western District (comprised of Alaska, Arizona, California, Colorado, Hawaii, Idaho, Montana, Nevada, New Mexico, Oregon, Utah, Washington, Wyoming and all U.S. territories except Puerto Rico). In addition, the candidates must be planning to pursue graduate study at one of the universities within the district.
- ITE Transit Council Scholarship - The ITE Transit Council has established a $1,000 scholarship to be awarded to the highest-ranking student pursuing a graduate degree in a study program emphasizing public transportation planning, administration, or engineering, to be described in the student’s proposed list of courses and essay.
- Transoft Solutions, Inc. AOTC (Ahead of the Curve) Scholarship - Transoft Solutions of Canada recognizes the growing need for investment in future innovators studying within the transportation and/or traffic engineering field. The $2,000US award will be awarded annually to any student in the United States or Canada wishing to pursue studies in transportation and/or traffic engineerin

Cameron Graduate Scholarships are intended to foster the development of practicing engineers in the field of site-cast reinforced concrete structures. This scholarship program provides financial assistance to incoming graduate students seeking their Master’s Degrees in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or Architectural Engineering. This scholarship program is named to perpetuate the memory of Dugald J. (Duke) Cameron for his numerous contributions to the advancement of the reinforced concrete industry.

Structural Engineers Association of Oregon Scholarships (SEAO) Scholarship 2008
This merit-based and need-based scholarship has been established to recognize and financially assist students interested in structures. The qualified candidate is an established local resident pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering or a Master of Science in Civil Engineering, with an emphasis in structures.
