Dr. Pan joined our Department in fall 2005 as part of Dr. David Jay's research team. His research interests include satellite oceanography, coastal ocean dynamics, estuary and plume dynamics, ocean numerical modeling, air-sea interaction and ocean waves, and ocean optics. Dr. Pan works with Dr. Jay on research funded by the NSF, US Army Corps of Engineers and the Bonneville Power Administration.
